I had my ear impressions done by Dr. Ivory. He's very kind and helpful -- provides excellent customer service. Recommended!
I recently purchased a pair of custom in-ear monitors from 64 Audio and this was one of the recommended audiologists to get my impressions done, and now I know why.
Dr. Ivory was incredibly nice, and even did my impressions more than once to ensure that they would be approved by 64 Audio.
10/10 will come here again if I need anything done by an audiologist.
I have to say I was extremely happy and surprised how well I was treated by Dr Ivory. His very caring and took the time to explain how he could help me even when I was actually being rude because my insurance said they wouldn't cover anything yet he found away to help. He went out of his way to be kind. Very grateful and highly recommend
I went to Dr. Ivory to find out about the best options I had for hearing loss (mostly in one ear) but due to age I was starting to experience loss in both. He was so very helpful, not only in discussing my options but ever so patient with me to select the right option for me and the follow through on helping with the fittings and making sure I was comfortable with the hearing aides. He truly seems to care about his patients and he is happy with the ability to help them regain a significant part of their social and interactional life.
